Commercial Project- Centennial, CO

This commercial roofing project involved the installation of a high-performance roofing system for an 18,000 square foot restaurant and event center, carefully executed to avoid interrupting daily operations and a busy clientele. A Duro-Last PVC membrane roofing system was installed and backed by a 15-year NDL Duro-Last Supreme Warranty, providing long-term protection and peace of mind. In addition, a 24-gauge mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof was installed over the purlin system, delivering structural strength and a clean, modern appearance. As shown in the photo, the older sections of the roof (left side) remained until we reached that section. This is due to the open purlin system and added to the complexity of the project. This photo shows a period in the project where the panels were installed in the section pictured in the foreground, then a seaming machine passed over each seam to mechanically bend them– concealing the clips and creating a sleek roofing system without any exposed fasteners.
The project was planned and phased to maintain a safe, accessible environment while providing a durable, low-maintenance roofing solution suited for an active hospitality venue.
